Big O Tires

The guy at the counter was great! William I think. I walked in Saturday morning and inquired about 6 tires for my boat trailer. He only had four. Not only did he get two from another store but had them all installed by the end of the day. I was able to haul our boat home on Sunday. Great service!!

Big O Tires has been a very reliable place for us to go, especially for quick service. We live fairly close. On this occasion, my daughter had a tire blowout. Actually, it looked like there was a big rip in the tire. It was going to be many hours before I could get a towing company. I removed the tire and brought it into Big O. They looked very busy, but they had the tire fixed in less than an hour. On another occasion about a year ago there was a leak in my tire that I noticed in the garage after I got home. The tire was deflating before my eyes. I was able to pump up the tire, drive quickly to Big O, and had them fix it within a couple of hours. They are always professional and quite reasonably priced. I don't know if all stores are just reliable, but I am very glad that they are nearby.

The staff was so wonderful and made having my car fixed on vacation a breeze and pricing was so reasonable! I called at 9AM, had the issue diagnosed and approved the quote by 9:30. Received a text at 11:15 letting me know my car was fixed and available for pick-up. The staff knew I would be traveling multiple hours home the next day and even checked in to make sure we arrived safely. Thanks, Big O!

I was visiting Osage Beach from Florida and I was in need of a valve stem replacement. I asked some locals where I should go to have it repaired and I was told that Big O was the place to go. I drove my truck to their shop with my damaged trailer tire. I rolled it up to the front door, went into the lobby, and explained my plight to a representative behind the counter. The gentleman immediately took my tire into the shop. I took a seat in the lobby and awaited his return. Shortly thereafter I looked out to the bed of my truck in the parking lot and the gentleman was loading my repaired tire into the bed. I immediately went out and to assist him. I thanked him and asked him what I owed. He said, "No Charge, our pleasure! Safe travels!" I knew from searching the internet that a replacement valve stem typically costs $10-$30. I was surprised by this gentlemen's thoughtfulness and grace! Thank you, Big O and it's amazing Team Members!
